Located at the edge of town next to open farmland, our community offers a calm setting with the convenience of a bus stop across the street and quick access to Highway 20. We are a residential park with long-term residents and on-site management, close to shopping, schools, and NAS Whidbey.

This space includes full hookups for water, sewer, and power. This is a residential community; we do not offer nightly or weekly RV stays.

Rent: $865 per month (lot rent only)

Utilities: Water, sewer, and garbage are billed monthly to your tenant account.
